Web design tips

I was pleased to read these six web redesign tips from the Eduserve newsletter. Often it's easy to forget such basic concepts, and they advocate having a regular site audit routine using these criteria.
There is also a case study on how Hammersmith and Fulham redesigned their website, which looks very impressive.
