Issues of copyright and permissions management. The project involved Emma Coonan Jane Secker and Dr. Helen Webster –see and you can watch an eighty minute video of a talk they gave recently at LSE
I have recently discovered that some flagship libraries providing have very comprehensive Information Literacy services: Leeds University have a large skills@library section of their website site which includes sections on improving academic skills, presentation skills and http://skills.library.leeds.ac.uk/online_tutorials.php ( see also http://skills.library.leeds.ac.uk/student_homepage.php )
Mississippi University Library have an Instructional Media Centre that provide tutorials in these subjects too as well as help with using computer programs(I came across an excellent video of theirs on Youtube describing how to
use Adobe Indesign)
