If your organisation has lost a website file you can sometimes restore an earlier version (if your server/operating system has this facility) by right clicking on the folder involved and selecting 'restore previous versions' and then selecting the file you want to restore. You are then given the option 'restore' or 'copy'. Always very suspicious of overwriting anything, (be warned) I was extremely wary of the 'restore' option and instead selected 'copy'. You then specify a location and the system will send a copy of that folder to the location that you specify.
