Five styles of leadership

Do you know the five styles of leadership? (according to Pat Hobson's booklet for nurses 'Five Main Different Styles of Leadership'. They are: Transformational or charismatic (e.g. Barak Obama), Authoritarian or autocratic (e.g. Napoleon), Participative or democratic (e.g. Nelson Mandela), Procedural (e.g. Florence Nightingale), Laissez-faire or free rein (e.g. Mahatma Ghandi). Which sort of leader are you? Horses for courses: apparently a good leader does not necessarily stick to the same one all the time but can use whichever is appropriate for the situation. Each has advantages and drawbacks. I see a Wikipedia article on the subject lists six styles of leadership and they are slightly different to the list above, but thinking along the same lines (although other lists on the internet vary widely). Tom Peters seems to be one of the early proponents of such theories.
