NHS Learning Zone

I was interested to see that the NHS have set up a website Learning Zone to support their library and knowledge services staff in their continuous professional development. The website is pretty comprehensive and it would take a long time to work through all the pages and resources mentioned, for instance, for advocacy alone you can enroll on a whole MOOC "Library advocacy unshushed" by the University of Toronto. The website looks like a really good go-to resource covering and updating the basics that every librarian should know, and a medical library could easily encourage staff to work through the whole lot at their own pace if they wanted to ensure that staff training was up to date.
