Yesterday at Libraries@cambridge017, Librariies@Cambridge or The Cambridge Libraries Conference 2017- the branding of the event seemed to vary, there were several mentions of how to foster a culture of innovation. Anyway, they seem to be managing very well at Lancaster University. Once the slides are up I'll link to them, which will save me a lot of waffling.
